About the artist
I studied art at Markham College and graduated with a Fine Arts Degree and sculpture specialization from Yale University in 2005.

I currently work full time at Amable, a boutique UX consultancy firm in Lima, Peru and spend my personal time reading, writing and doing art. My dream is to move closer and closer to a state where I have more time to make works like this one, so I can finally share what I have inside.

thanks
I would like to thank the following people:

To Oscar, who passed away a couple of years ago and worked as a model in Ana María RizoPatrón charcoal drawing workshop. I learned to see my own pain through his body.

To Carmen Herrera for teaching me to see and feel my soul through a charcoal line.
Carmen: You gave my eyes and words to understand the human body as a wonderful landscape.

To Ana María Besich, who helped me get through this stage in my life. Ana María, thank you for being my companion along this road.

To the Custodios Brothers, for having transformed a wax and metal work into something I never thought could exist.

To Mario Colán, for having captured though photography more life and strength that I never could have dreamt of.
